![]() I think baby should drop around 36 weeks, so I've only got a week and a half - but hey, everyone is different. Thank you Grumpybadger, you've made me think about this and think I might make an appointment. I used to go for regular accupuncture and hate needles, but it's the most effective of the therapies. You need to call them to discuss whether they'll see you during pregnancy. If I was to go and see someone I'd go to an accupuncturist, I find this is the best of the therapies. I'm 34 weeks now and the pain has got worse as baby has got bigger (sorry, but that's what's happened to me.) and now I strech on my fit ball, doing some moving of the hips around. People at my work are thinking I'm taking the mick, but the pain is really unbearable sometimes, especially as K155ME says, it's just not a good position. ![]() I've been offered Dihydrocodiene by hospital though, so if the pain wont go it's definitely worth trying. ![]() I find sitting up straight helps the pain, I've only been using paracetamol when I have to - I don't really want to take anything.
